Lloyds Banking Group had a large resource of training materials and reference guides for their DevOps staff. The issue was, the DevOps staff didn't know what training was available, where to find it, or which content was relevant to their role/experience. This 'Learning Pathway Selector Tool' app was designed to show DevOps staff a catalogue of learning available by role and experience. It would then allow the learner to choose what courses they were interested in. Once they had made their choices, the learning offerings selected would be added to a custom learning pathway - for them to work through and complete. |

Persona Selection
The user would select the persona that matched their role/experience.
Catalogue of Courses
These could be viewed by persona or in a category view. The interface was used to scroll through the catalogue and select courses that are of interest. Once the user had finished selecting courses, they would click Generate Pathway.
Course Selected
With the pathway generated, they would follow the instructions to add their selected courses to Workday.
