Spire Healthcare wanted to improve the on-boarding experience for new employees. This included welcome packs, employee checklists and this video. The video formed part of a digital welcome pack to be sent out to new employees before their first day.

Mondelẽz International had a specific problem... How to teach production-line safety procedures without shutting down a whole line for training days. The solution was to create the entire production line in VR so the processes could be practiced and perfected.

Animation is a powerful tool to tell a story, and storytelling is a powerful tool to make a concept memorable. The client was struggling to get managment and senior staff to understand some concepts around Skills and Competencies, so these animated shorts were created.

The NHS launched the Sexual Safety Charter to address unacceptable sexual behaviour in the workplace. Spire Healthcare needed a communications video that explained what the charter is, and how it is being implemented at Spire.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office refurbished all of their meeting rooms and also installed digital signs in their building to display corporate messages. This project was to create a set of digital sign videos about the new meeting rooms.

Nationwide Building Society wished to update their VAI training to make it more interactive, engaging and memorable. This training package was one of a set of modules that utilised animation and storytelling techniques.

Spire Healthcare have a QI Academy where Quality Improvement is embedded into the organisation. This interactive training course is the foundation for the Academy and outlines what QI is and how it is implemented.

Nationwide Building Society wanted a set of training simulations for MS Teams. The simulations were to be part of a series - with each one being a piece of 'bitesize learning' on a particular topic.

The goal of this project was to create an app experience where colleagues could assess their abilities against the Skills and Competencies relevant to their job role, and receive a custom learning plan.

Lloyds Bank required a logo and brand kit for a new department within their company. This brand was to be used to align various comms and training products. The brand guide can be viewed here, which includes guidelines on logo use, logo placement and brand colours.

The DevOps staff at Lloyds Banking Group didn't know what training was available, where to find it, or which content was relevant to their role/experience. This app was designed to show a catalogue of learning available and allow the learner to choose what courses they were interested in.

This website (birdhouse.pictures) was obviously designed and built by us, but here is another website example for an online child-protection app. The website hosted information about the product, instructional videos and news feeds. The app is no longer available on the App Store, but the website is shown here as an example.
