Spire Healthcare have a QI Academy where Quality Improvement is embedded into the organisation through different 'levels' of QI training. This interactive training course is the foundation for the QI Academy and outlines what QI is and how it is implemented at Spire Healthcare. The course utilises different learning styles to maintain user engagement. There are video sections that are presented in a 'documentary style', to make information memorable using storytelling techniques. There are also interactive elements for the learner to engage with on screen, animated explainers and quiz elements to check knowledge throughout. |

The client provided a storyboard for the training course that outlined all information and key points for the subject. The design of the training course including ideas and concepts for each section, graphic design, video design and production, narration audio, and build of the course in Articulate Storyline by Birdhouse Pictures. |

This clip shows the opening section that utilises a 'documentary-style' introduction video. This style of video is used throughout to make informational sections interesting and engaging.

Quiz
A pass-fail quiz at the end. Each quiz question gives feedback if they get the learner does not answerm the question correctly. Then the quiz can be taken again if a pass mark is not achieved.
Closing Screen
Any external resources mentioned in the training are linked at the end, not when mentioned. This prevents the learner from leaving the course half way through and being distracted.
