The NHS launched the Sexual Safety Charter to address unacceptable sexual behaviour in the workplace. Spire Healthcare signed-up to this charter along with numerous other organisations and needed a communications video that explained what the charter is, and how it is being implemented as Spire.

It was a challenge to get the 'tone' right for this video... It is a serious subject, so making the video with a serious tone, but also trying to make it uplifting and inspirational towards the end, was a challenge.

The client provided an outline for what they wished the video to cover. We worked with the client to build this into a narration script, focussing on what the video needed to say, rather than focussing on the visuals. Once the narration script was agreed, video design, scene selection, narration audio, music editing, graphic design and final video editing were carried out to create the finished product.
