Spire Healthcare wanted to improve the on-boarding experience for new employees. This included welcome packs, employee checklists and this video. The video formed part of a digital welcome pack to be sent out to new employees before their first day.

In this initial version of the video, some stock footage was used to create the scenes that would make up the final story. We then created a 'shot list' from this video to plan re-shooting the stock footage scenes using real Spire employees at a Spire hospital.

The client provided the narration script. Video design, narration audio, music editing, graphic design, video editing and production by Birdhouse Pictures.
